How it works
We stay alongside the people leading the change.
We mentor and support the nominated AI leaders and champions in your organisation, with facilitated support shaped to wherever they are in their AI journey: leadership, tools, governance, or whatever they need next.
What you get
- Monthly group sessions (1 hour): your nominated AI leaders come together to work through what's happening, share what's working, and tackle what's next
- One-to-one check-ins: individual time with each of your AI leaders, so they get support with their own team and their own challenges
- Shaped to your team: leadership, tools, governance, or whatever they need next in their AI journey
- In-person, online or hybrid
