Born in Aotearoa New Zealand, built for the world — we bring together educators, practitioners, and organisations to advance AI in a way that's grounded, ethical, and built for real-world impact.
"AI isn't slowing down — so the question isn't whether to engage with it, but how to do it responsibly, practically, and with confidence."
The AI Assembly® — Founded in Aotearoa · Trusted Globally
We teach people how to use AI the Right Way®. We are leading responsible real-world AI education and certification specialists — helping our people, businesses and organisations across New Zealand and beyond use AI practically, responsibly, and with confidence.
Our story
The AI Assembly® was born from a simple but urgent observation: AI was moving faster than most organisations' ability to use it responsibly. The conversation was dominated by hype — and the practical, principled guidance that individuals and organisations needed simply wasn't there.
We set out to change that. Starting with a methodology — the AI the Right Way® 8 pillars — and growing into a full ecosystem of certification, community, events, and in-house education, we've built the infrastructure for responsible AI adoption globally.
Our work spans healthcare, finance, education, construction, public sector, and more. We bring the same methodology — adapted to each context — because responsible AI looks the same whether you're a nurse, a CFO, or a construction manager.
Every programme, event, and certification sits inside this structure — designed to move people and organisations along a clear, principled AI journey.
The AI the Right Way® Methodology
The AI the Right Way® methodology gives individuals and organisations a structured, practical way to evaluate, govern, and apply AI responsibly across any industry or role.
