Nadine’s approach is strategic: she is dedicated to helping professionals and technologists understand how to transition deep business experience (gained from her work in ERP systems and her MBA) into new, purposeful leadership roles. Her work is specifically designed to inform the community on the critical importance of integrating Māori and Indigenous research into the AI development process, providing foundational knowledge for building resilient, culturally aware technology.
