The AI Assembly – Full Terms and Conditions
Welcome to The AI Assembly! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The AI Assembly website, its community platform, and all related services, content, and features (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Code of Conduct. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and policies referenced herein or made available to you.
2. Our Mission and Values
The AI Assembly is dedicated to bridging the AI gap for everyone, empowering confident participation and professional growth. We are committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and professional environment. We explicitly value cultural and ability access, striving to remove barriers to understanding and engaging with AI. We believe in the transformative power of this technology to create positive change and are committed to ensuring that all individuals, regardless of their background or abilities, have the opportunity to participate in and benefit from the AI revolution. We aim to make change through the responsible and ethical use of this technology, ensuring our community reflects these values.
As part of our commitment to building a strong foundation, we are launching an exclusive Founding Assembler tier for our early supporters, who will receive special benefits for their initial commitment.
3. Subscriptions and Access
The AI Assembly offers various tiers for Assemblers, each providing different levels of access and features. Paid subscriptions are recurring.
3.1 Assembler Tiers:
The AI Assembly offers various tiers, including free and paid options, each granting different levels of access to content, features, and community interaction. Detailed information regarding the benefits, access levels, and interaction capabilities of each specific tier can be found on our dedicated Subscription or Pricing page on The AI Assembly website. Your access to specific Services will be determined by the tier you select.
- Non-Paid Assembler Tier: Users who register for a free tier are granted access to designated free content and community spaces, as outlined on the website. Non-paid Assemblers do not have access to any paid or premium content, exclusive discounts, or priority/first release tickets to events.
- Founding Assembler Tier: The Founding Assembler tier is a unique, limited-time offering with a set number of available spots. Assemblers who join under this tier receive a lifetime price guarantee on their chosen subscription rate as long as their subscription remains continuous. All other benefits of the standard paid tiers, as detailed on our website, are included in this subscription.
3.2 Recurring Subscriptions and Payments (for Paid Assemblers only):
- Subscription: Paid subscriptions are offered on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected by you during the sign-up process.
- Billing: By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize The AI Assembly (via its payment system) to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel your subscription.
- Cancellation and Access Revocation: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access to paid content and features will continue until the end of your current billing period. Upon the conclusion of your billing period, your access to all paid subscription content and features will be revoked.
- Founding Assembler Rate Guarantee: For Assemblers of the Founding Assembler tier, your initial chosen subscription rate will not increase for the lifetime of your continuous subscription. If you cancel your Founding Assembler subscription, you will forfeit your special guaranteed rate. If you choose to rejoin at a later date, it will be at the current standard pricing available at that time.
- No Trial Period & No Refunds: Due to the immediate and consumable nature of our curated content and the substantial effort involved in its curation and resource provision, The AI Assembly does not offer a trial period for its paid subscriptions, and all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or for any reason once access to content has been granted.
- Price Changes: The AI Assembly reserves the right to change its standard subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will apply to new subscriptions or renewals after a reasonable notice period, but will not apply to active Founding Assemblers.
3.3 One-Off Purchases:
In addition to recurring subscriptions, The AI Assembly may offer premium, one-off courses or other digital products for purchase. These purchases grant access to the specific content purchased and are not part of a recurring subscription.
- 3.3.1 Unique Booking Codes: Each paid Assembler will receive unique booking codes for securing event and ticket access. These codes are one-time use per event/ticket item and are assigned to your individual subscription. Sharing these codes is not permitted and may result in the revocation of your event access.
4. User Responsibilities and Community Code of Conduct
As an Assembler in The AI Assembly, you agree to adhere to our Community Code of Conduct, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
